Abstract
To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for stroke sequela. Methods:88 cases of pa-tients with stroke sequela were randomly divided into experimental group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases), the control group treated by con-ventional treatment, such as intracranial pressure control, blood pressure stability, oxygen inhalation, control of water and electrolyte balance and medication, while experimental group by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional treatment, observed the effi-cacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), while neural function de-fect score was lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has signifi-cant curative effect on stroke sequela, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
