麦粒灸配合巨刺法治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者疗效评价
Efficacy Evaluation on Moxibustion with Seed-sized Moxa Cone and Contralateral Needling Treating Patients with Spastic Hemiplegia of Stroke
摘要
Abstract
To observe the effects of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone at Ren and Du meridians and contralateral needling treating patients with spastic hemiplegia of stroke. Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into group A, B, C and D, group A treated with contralateral acu-puncture of health side, group B with treatment of contralateral acupuncture and moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone at Ren and Du meridians of health side, group C with contralateral acupuncture of injured side, group D with treatment of contralateral acupuncture and moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone at Ren and Du meridians of injured side, FMA movement function and Barthel score of all groups were compared. Results:Fugl-Meyer motor function and Barthel score of the four groups after the treatment were all significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and group B was the most obvious one (P<0.01). Conclusion:Efficacy of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone and contralateral needling treating patients with spastic hemiplegia of stroke is significant.关键词
