摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of senile cerebral infarction applied with high quality nursing service. Methods:102 cases of patients with senile cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and study group with each of 51 cases, control group adopted routine nursing care, study group received routine nursing care and high quality nursing service, the efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:Mark-edly effective rate and total effective rate of study group were both higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:High quality nursing ser-vice is of high feasibility in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, being worthy of clinical long-term application.关键词
