加味补阳还五汤合康复训练对脑梗死恢复期上肢功能的影响
Effects of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Upper Limb Function of Cerebral Infarction in Recovery Phase
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation training on cerebral infarction of recovery phase. Methods:38 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, both adopted 3 weeks of conventional medi-cine and rehabilitation training, treatment group added Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction, Fugl-Meyer motor score (FMA) and modified Barthel In-dex (MBI) were used to carry out the rehabilitation evaluation before and after treatment. Results:MBI and FMA score of the two groups after treat-ment were both significantly better than those before treatment, and treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiawei Buy-ang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation training can improve the hemiplegic upper limb function of cerebral infarction, which contrib-utes to improve the activities of daily living of patients’.关键词
