推拿配合调曲牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效与腰椎生理曲度的相关性
Efficacy and Correlation in Lumbar Physiological Curvature of Massage Combined with Traction of Regulating Curvature Treating Lumbar Disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy and correlation in lumbar physiological curvature of massage combined with traction of regulating curva-ture treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods:120 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with massage and traction of regulating curvature, control group with treatment of massage and lumbar traction, lumbar physiological curvature (distance of lumbar vertebra arch) was measured with Seze method, to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Results:Lumbar physiological curvature of the two groups after treatment were both better than those before treatment, and treatment group was significantly better than control group (P<0.01); the excellent and good rate of treatment group was 81.7%, significantly higher than that of control group by 61.7%(P<0.01);L4~5 physiological curvature was better. Conclusion:Massage combined with traction of regulating curvature treating lumbar disc herniation is obviously effective, there is a close relationship between lumbar disc herniation and lumbar physiological curvature.关键词
