Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of warm needling combined with ultrashort wave therapy for derangement of temporomandibular joint. Methods:64 cases of patients with derangement of temporomandibular joint were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (31 cases), the treatment group treated by warm needling combined with ultrashort wave therapy, while control group by medication, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%, which was high than 70.97%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of warm needing combined with ultrashort wave therapy has significant curative effect on derangement of temporo-mandibular joint, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
