摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of irbesartan on insulin resistance (IR) and inflammatory factors IL-6, TNF-α, CRP of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods:24 SHR mice were randomly divided into irbesartan high dose group, irbesartan low dose group and model group, 8 WKY rats were normal control group, the four groups of rats all fed fructose, high dose group and low dose group were with intragastric administra-tion of irbesartan 27mg/kg and 13.5mg/kg respectively, after 8 weeks the blood pressure, insulin resistance and inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, CRP of four groups were observed. Results: The blood pressure, insulin resistance and inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF- α, CRP of high dose group and low dose group were all significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion:Irbesartan can decrease the level of inflammatory factors to improve insulin resistance.关键词
