臭氧髓核消融联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析
Clinical Analysis in Nucleus Pulposus Ablation of Ozone Combined with Needle-knife Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in nucleus pulposus ablation of ozone combined with needle-knife treating lumbar disc hernia-tion. Methods:150 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with nucleus pulposus ablation of ozone combined with needle-knife, from backside puncturing to the central of the sick intervertebral disc, which was injected with ozone, intervertebral space and sick vertebral spinous process loos-ing with needle-knife, the effect was observed. Results:The successful rate of puncture was 100%, the total efficiency was 92%. Conclusion:Nucle-us pulposus ablation of ozone with needle-knife treating lumbar disc herniation is safe and effective, being worthy of clinical application.关键词
