Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of hemoperfusion (HP) combined with hemodialysis (HD) for severe acute poisoning. Methods:72 cas-es of patients with severe acute poisoning were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases), the control group treated by conventional treatment, while treatment group by HP combined with HD on the basis of treatment of control group, and observed the effi-cacy of two groups. Results:The success rate of rescue of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.01), while mortality was lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:HP combined with HD has significant curative effect on severe acute poisoning, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
