理筋推拿配合骨盆PNF技术治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on Tendon Massage Combined with Pelvic PNF Technique Treating Knee Osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of tendon massage combined with pelvic PNF technique treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), treatment group was treated with tendon massage combined with pelvic PNF technique, control group with treatment of conventional massage, to observe the curative effect after 2 courses. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), WOMAC scores and symptom scores were both lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tendon massage combined with pelvic PNF technique treating knee osteoarthritis is significantly effective.关键词
