Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of dysphagia therapeutic apparatus stimulating acupoint treating dysphagia after stroke. Methods:60 cas-es of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both with basic swallowing function training, control group with conventional treatment of dysphagia therapeutic apparatus, treatment group used dysphagia therapeutic apparatus stimulating specific acupoint of neck, Watian drinking water test and swallowing angiography (VFSS) results of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:Watian drinking water test and swallowing angiography (VFSS) results of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment (P<0.01), and treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine therapy, swallowing electrical apparatus stimulating specific acupoints of neck can effectively promote the functional recovery of stroke patients with dysphagia.关键词
