Abstract
Objective:To explore a effective mode for treatment of cervical spondylosis, improve symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients in com-munity, and relatively reduce patients' medical expenses. Methods:Set up a specialty-community two-way referral system, and used The Neck Dis-ability Index assessment form to score the patients with cervical spondylosis, established The Neck Disability Index as clinical criteria of transfer in and out; 90 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 3 groups, the referral group (30 cases) was participated in two-way referral system, while control group I (30 cases) and control group II (30 cases) were respectively treated at community health center and Shanxi Provincial TCM Hospital only, observed the improvement of NDI and medical expenses of 3 groups of patients. Results:①Efficacy:After treatment, the NDI scores of 3 groups were all significantly better than those of before treatment (P<0.05);at each point of time, there was no signifi-cant difference between the NDI scores of referral group and control group II (P>0.05), and there were significant differences between the NDI scores of referral group and control group I, control group I and control group II,②Medical expenses:The total medical expenses of 3 groups were:control group II (9494.77±1164.44 yuan)>referral group (6763.20±1445.66 yuan)>control group I (2721.23±1285.52 yuan), there were significant differences among the medical expenses of 3 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Two-way referral system has very good efficiency to patients with cervi-cal spondylosis, there is no significant difference between the efficacy of referral group and control group II, which are both better than that of con-trol group I;the medical expenses of referral patients are lower than those of hospitalized patients.关键词
