揉散按摩操对中小学女性教师乳腺增生病的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on Kneading and Dispersing Massage Exercise for Female Teachers with Cyclomastopathy in Primary and Secondary School

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of kneading and dispersing massage exercise on female teachers with cyclomastopathy in primary and sec-ondary school. Methods:125 cases of cyclomastopathy patients were divided into youth group (<35 years old, 63 cases) and middle aged group (≥35 years old, 62 cases), and the two age groups were again respectively divided into traatment group and control group;the control groups were giv-en breast health education, while the kneading and dispersing massage exercise was taught to the treatment groups on the basis of health education, told the patients self-massage once a day and paid a return visit after 3 menstrual cycles to observe the improvement of indexes such as breast pain score, breast lump score, simultaneous symptoms score, depression and anxiety scores. Results:The total effective rate of treatment groups in youth and middle aged group were both higher than those of control groups (P<0.05); the total effectiveness, lump score, SDS score and simultaneous symptoms score of the two age group were all no significant difference (P>0.05);the breast pain score and SAS score of youth group after treatment were both better than those of middle aged group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Kneading and dispersing massage exercise can effectively ease the breast pain of cyclomastopathy patients, improve their depression and anxiety emotion, and the younger patients have better effect, which is an effective way to improve lump caused by cyclomastopathy.关键词
