两种三联疗法治疗中重度持续性支气管哮喘疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis of the Two Kinds of Triple Therapy in Treatment of Moderate to Severe Persistent Bronchial Asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of orally taking montelukast sodium tablets or doxofylline tablets combined with seretide inhalation for moderate to severe persistent bronchial asthma. Methods:100 cases of patients with moderate to severe persistent bronchial asthma were random-ly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), the observation group treated by orally taking montelukast sodium tablets combined with seretide inhalation, while the control group by orally taking doxofylline tablets combined with seretide inhalation, observed the effica-cy and occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups. Results:There was no significant difference between the total effective rate and expiratory vol-ume, maximum expiratory flow rate after treatment of two groups (P>0.05);the adverse reactions occurrence of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of both triple therapies are similar, but there are less adverse reactions in treatment with montelukast sodium tablets combined with seretide inhalation, which can be the first choice in treatment.关键词
