Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Pro·kin balance training instrument on walking ability and activities of daily living (ADL) of stroke pa-tients. Methods:48 stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group (24 cases) and control group (24 cases), control group with conven-tional rehabilitation training, treatment group adopted rehabilitation training with Pro·kin balance training instrument, Berg balance scale, Fugl-Mey-er balance scale, Holden walking ability scale and Barthel index were used to evaluate effect. Results:After treatment of 6 weeks, the BBS score, BI score, Holden grade and F-M score of treatment group were all better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Pro·kin balance training in-strument can improve the walking ability and activities of daily living of stroke patients more effectively.关键词
