Abstract
The acromion impingement syndrome mainly comprises rotator cuff tear, inflammation of rotator cuff and musculus biceps brachii, sub-acromial bursitis and the like, and mechanism includes shoulder anatomic abnormalities, dysfunction of muscle around scapula, increase of thoracic vertebra curvature, tension of shoulder joint capsule, dysfunction of rotator cuff muscles, shoulder joint instability caused by trauma or overuse and so on, conservative and operative treatment are effect.关键词
