Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of integrated nursing of Chinese medicine on postoperative urinary retention of cervical can-cer. Methods:108 cases of postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer were randomly divided into experimental group (54 cases) and control group (54 cases), control group with conventional nursing and psychological counseling, based on which experimental group adopted integrated nurs-ing of Chinese medicine, to observe improvement of urinary retention, indwelling catheter time, residual urine volume and urinary tract infection of the two groups. Results:After nursing the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), indwelling cathe-ter time was shorter (P<0.01), ratio of residual urine volume less than 100mL was higher (P<0.01), urinary tract infection rate was lower (P<0.01). Conclusion:Integrated nursing of Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of postoperative urinary retention of cervical can-cer, and promote the recovery of patients, being worthy of clinical application.关键词
