The Effect of Lamaze Method on Primipara Labor Pain and Pregnancy Outcome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Lamaze method on primipara labor pain and pregnancy outcome. Methods:300 cases of primipara were divided into intervention group and observation group according to nursing methods, observation group received routine nursing care, based on which intervention group received Lamaze method, labor pain and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results: Puerperae of NRPS below 6 scores in intervention group were obviously more than that in observation group, while over 6 scores were significantly less (P<0.01);natural birth rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of observation group, and cesarean section rate was lower (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:Lamaze method can significantly reduce labor pain and lower the rate of cesarean section.关键词
