摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the differences of lower limbs biomechanical parameters in the process of walking between knee osteoarthritis and average person. Methods:According to three-dimensional gait analysis system the gait spatio-temporal parameters, kinematics and dynamics in-dex between 15 patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis (patient group) and 15 cases of average person (control group) were evaluated. Results:The step speed, stride length, step length and single support phase of patient group were all significantly lower than normal value (P<0.05), step width, double support phase and total support phase were significantly higher than normal value (P<0.05);there was significant difference in average and maximum knee flexion angle of support phase, maximum knee flexion angle of swing phase and range of joint movement between patient group and control groups (P<0.05);knee joint internal abduction/adduction torque at the end of single foot support in patients group increased significantly comparing with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Gait of patients with knee osteoarthritis changes, whose pressure of knee joints in the process of walking is significantly higher than that of average person.关键词
