摘要
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis makes patients unable to bear load and difficult to walk, which greatly affects patient's living, and effect of convention-al treatment is not so ideal. NF-κB binding factor and DNA, initiating related gene transcription, can play a better role in knee osteoarthritis. Based on research of NF-κB treating knee osteoarthritis, clinical research achievement in recent stage can be summarized, which has great reference value to the treatment and development of the disease.关键词
