综合序贯疗法治疗原发性冻结肩的临床研究
The Clinical Study of Integrated Sequential Therapy on Primary Frozen Shoulder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined sequential therapy for primary frozen shoulder. Methods:116 cases of primary frozen shoulder were randomly divided into observation group and routine group, observation group adopted drug injection within shoulder joint and conventional rehabilitation therapy, routine group with conventional rehabilitation therapy, Constant shoulder function score between the two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results:After treatment the pain, daily life, functional activity, upper limb strength of two groups were bet-ter than those before treatment (P<0.05), as well as observation group better than conventional group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Comprehensive sequen-tial therapy for primary frozen shoulder is with preferable clinical efficacy, simple and safe.关键词
