Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with dexamethasone for degenerative knee arthritis. Methods:145 cases of patients of degenerative knee arthritis were randomly divided into observation group (72 cases) and control group (73 cases), both of them treated by sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection, while observation group combined with dexamethasone injection, observed the efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups. Results:The excellence rate and total effective rate of observation group were both high than those of control group (P<0.01);there was no significant difference of occurrence rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of sodium hyaluronate combined with dexamethasone has significant curative effect on degenerative knee arthritis and few adverse reac-tions, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
