鼻窦舒胶囊质量标准的研究
Study on the Quality Specification of Bidoushu Capsules
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality specification of Bidoushu capsules. Methods:Used thin-layer chromatography (TLC) to identify the An-gelicae dahuricae radix, Xanthii fructus, Magnoliae flos and Menthae haplocalycis herba in the capsules; and high performance liquid chro-matographu (HPLC) to determine the content of imperatorin in Angelicae dahuricae radix. Results:The TLC spots were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference, the average recovery rate of content determination of imperatorin was 98.47%, RSD (n=6) was 0.93%, and showed linear re-lationship within the range of 41.12~411.20ng (r=0.99992). Conclusion:This method can effectively control the quality of Bidoushu capsules.关键词
