Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of general attack therapy for upper urinary calculi. Methods:60 cases of patients with upper urinary cal-culi (size<1cm, no contraindications) were randomly divided into experimental group (38 cases) and control group (22 cases), the control group treat-ed by orally taking Tonglinpaishi mistura (50mL, bid), while experimental group by general attack therapy (Tonglinpaishi mistura, hydrochlorothia-zide, drinking water, atropine intramuscular injection, acupuncture, jumping), and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 89.5%, which was significantly higher than 72.7%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:General attack thera-py, which has some advantages such as short treatment courses and completely stone discharge, has significant curative effect on upper urinary calcu-li, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
