Abstract
The main concept of criminal law in ancient China is the cautious punishment idea , the formation of which is influ-enced by the thoughts of humanism, putting people first, benevolence governing and human nature.It is reflected in legislation and judicial administration.The study can enhance the understanding of China’s traditional judicial culture and its historical value and is of great significance for the building of politically civilized society governed by law .关键词
