摘要
Abstract
Murphy’ s Law provides lessons for the government to draw from in its responses to network public opinions .First, since network public opinions test the capability of the government and officials and may result in disturbance , the government must develop a long-term supervision mechanism.Secondly, there exist different kinds of network public opinions and the government must analyze and interpret them carefully by telling their differences and their intrinsic rules .Third, improper handling of network public opinions often lead to serious social problems so the government should try its best to hold its discourse power and take meas-ures to deal with the negative effects brought about by network public opinions.关键词
