Abstract
Farmers’ discourse power is an important means to express their demands and pursue their rights .Due to the in-complete system design and public participation mechanism, collective aphasia exists among farmers in China.In the primary stage of socialism, only by striving to develop material means of production, improving the design of political systems, increasing farm-ers’ political participation and strengthening democratic and legal education can farmers hold their discourse power and protect their rights and interests.关键词
