Military Training in Taihu County Anhui Province Recorded in Shanghai News
摘要
Abstract
As an important examination of drilling raw recruits of provinces in South China of the late Qing Dynasty , the whole military training in Taihu county in 1908, from its preparations including topographic reconnaissance, road paving and supply of food and ammunition to military exercises on different scales, reflected the changes of China’s military drilling in modern times. Although it failed to finish, it was still significant in the history of modern China’s military development.关键词
