摘要
Abstract
Euthanasia hasn't been universally recognized by laws in many countries yet, but theoretical debates to approve of euthanasia have never been stopped and utilitarianism is the core of jurisprudence that supports their viewpoints. Utilitarianism with " pursuing happiness and avoiding suffering" as its value embodies the thought of " choosing the light between two evils" , and it is also known as " principle of the greatest happiness" . Legal system construction of euthanasia from the utilitarian perspective will take on a new look.关键词
