教师专业发展视域下师范生反思性发展的路径选择
The Choice of the Approach to Normal Students' Reflective Development from the Perspective of Teacher Professional Development

Abstract
With the further development of theoretical research and practical exploration on teacher development, the cultiva-tion of reflective teachers has become a world consensus in the field of teacher education,and the cultivation of normal students' reflective ability has become the practical approach to promoting their professional development. However, there exist drawbacks in the training objectives, curriculum structures, training approach and teaching styles of the present pre-service teacher education in our country, which is not favorable for promoting normal students' reflective development. Therefore, normal colleges and univer-sities should establish the training objectives of promoting students' “whole person” development, adjust the curriculum, strength-en the reflective practice to cultivate normal students' subjective, professional and reflective awareness, and enhance their ability to reflect.关键词
