Abstract
Currently, the situation of “strong east and south, weak west and north” has emerged in the Chinese tourism real estate market.The tourism real estate market in East China is mainly characterized by mountain and sea view .Hainan province plays a dominant role in South China.Yunnan province is the representative in southwest China.In other provinces, there is no obvious difference in the development of tourism real estate market.We should build the brand by culture, make the type of tourism real estate more plentiful, take advantage of new-type urbanization, and use delicacy management to promote better and quicker development of tourism estate market.关键词
