Abstract
In the national crisis of the Anti-Japanese War, QIAN Mu paid much attention to the issue of frontier, with special emphasis on the connotation of the concept and the integrating relationship between frontier and inland .He also discussed the value of frontier against the global background of capitalism expansion as well as the standpoints of related policies in dealing with frontier problems.However, due to the limitations of the times, deficiencies and difficulties can be found in his frontier thoughts.关键词
