Abstract
Wireless communication creates higher requirements for RF receivers that are low power , low cost and miniaturiza-tion.This paper proposes designing scheme of front-end system and modules of low voltage receiving, which is based on the IEEE 802.16 protocol, and gives the designing circuits of low noise amplifier of three-level cascade and frequency mixer under the dual orthogonal.The simulation results show that the amplifier is up to grade on gain, noise, linearity, etc, and mirror inhibition degree of the frequency mixer is up to 52 dB.We also simulate the low noise amplifier and mixer cascade circuit , and the results show that the cascade circuit can reach the designing request of receiver RF front-end circuit.关键词
