安徽大别山区贫困县扶贫移民补偿测算及政策建议
Suggestions for Poverty Alleviation Immigration and Policy in Dabieshan Mountains of Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Based on the necessity analysis of the ecology resources value compensation and mechanism, and with the aid of re-mote sensing image and others data, we estimate the compensation standard from the aspect of ecological service value, the industrial development opportunities cost and value of carbon emissions based on price of fixation carbon dioxide in Dabieshan Mountains area . Results show that:ecological service value shows a relatively higher level in Yuexi County, Jinzhai County and Taihu County, and the value of carbon emissions indicates the same changing trend .But the Industrial development opportunities cost shows a relatively higher level in Funa County, Linquan County, Yingshang County, Lixin County, Shouxian County and Huoqiu County, and these counties should get more ecological compensation.According to the poverty alleviation immigration influence on regional develop-ment, ecological compensation and poverty alleviation immigration policy suggestions are put forward .关键词
