溶胶－凝胶法制备纳米FeNiBa0．2Ox磁性材料
Preparation of Nano-Size FeNiBa0.2 Ox Magnetic Material by Sol-Gel
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the FeNiBa0.2 Ox powder with different composition was prepared by Sol-gel process.The crystal phase, microstructure and magnetic properties of sample were characterized by XRD, TEM, VSM, respectively.The results indica-ted that the ferrite powder with larger particle size was obtained by raising temperature and prolonging the reaction time .The satura-tion magnetization of the FeNiBa0.2 Ox was weakened with the addition of Sr2+, and all the particles appeared regular sphere no mat-ter with or without Sr2+.关键词
