Abstract
Based on the 12th national games long fist project as the research object, the athletes in the game long fist routines layout characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the difficulty of the order of basically similar, most athletes would choose to 323 a +353 c +4 ( whirlwind foot +spinor spin 720 degrees, 360 degrees vertical cross) as the first group of difficult moves, the 355 b (side flips spin 360 degrees) or 333 a (spinor) as the last difficulty movement.关键词
