有机立体化学构型判断及互换
Judgement Configuration and Mutual Conversion Techniques in Organic Stereochemistry
摘要
Abstract
By exemplification, the author discussed the fundamental judgment rules of the R、S configuration of chiral carbon atom in organic stereochemistry's perspective and Fischer's Projection.Using this rule, it can help students learn and summary the effective method on the mutual transformation of Newman's Projection, perspective and Fisher's Projection in stereochemistry.As a result, students can transfer the dimensional structure of molecules and will no longer rely on the auxiliary of molecular models . This is beneficial to students to understand and solve the relevant questions in stereochemistry , such as the electrophilic addition reaction of olefins, elimination reaction of halogenated hydrocarbon and alcohol.关键词
