摘要
Abstract
Teacher specialization is an inevitable trend of the development of Chinese education and teacher groups’ quality .In this context ,teachers’ after-service training ,especially school-based training has gradually become the focus of attention in the field of teacher education .This article describes the basic meaning of teachers’ specialization and school-based training ,describes the positive effects of school-based training in teachers’ specialization ,and focuses on the specific ways of school-based training that in favor of teachers’ professional development .关键词
