Abstract
The macro-control policy in China’ s market economy contributes to the establishment of a market economy system complying with the actual situation in China .With respect to the real estate industry ,this policy can also play a significant role in the new period of development .Since macro-control is a vital intervening factor in development of real estate market ,it is necessary .In order to strengthen the macro-control over the real estate industry ,China has to take measures from different aspects and strives to fully exploit its potential in contributing to economic development and social progress .This paper mainly discusses the necessity of macro-control policy in China’ s real estate industry and corresponding measures from two perspec-tives ,providing certain theoretical reference for the further development of real estate industry in China.关键词
