Abstract
Marriage is a legal relationship with both men and women to live together with the meaning of life arising ,including two aspects of“cohabitation”and“common wealth”.The Matrimonial Property Regime can be said is“common wealth”in the le-gal expression .Therefore ,in the case of international marriage and family law ,questions of the law applicable to Matrimonial Property Regime will seem so prominent and important .关键词
