摘要
Abstract
The paper is treating the empirical research as the main part ,using methods of questionnaire to analysis influence factors of occupation burnout of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Q minority .The results show that the top three of the influence factors of occupation burnout are occupation pressure ,social pressure and professional development pressure.关键词
