Simulation and Test of a Linkless Feed Mechanism

摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the reliability of each motion component of a feed mechanism, a linkness feed mechanism is modeled and studied. Established kinematics and dynamics equations of the linkness feed mechanism through the ADAMS software, the simulation analysis of multiple shells and closed bomb chain movement handover is done by taking the simulation curves of 2 bullets as an example, we get the displacement, acceleration and other parameters of projectile curve, and the system is tested by laser displacement sensor. Test results show that the dynamic characteristic of feed mechanism is obvious, and provides reference to further improve the reliability and the improved structure of the feeding mechanism.关键词
