摘要

Abstract

For monitoring the deformation, fracture and other security risks of long oil pipeline affected by various factors, design a stress detection system. Through the acquisition of resistance change which is the result of pipe deformation, of the resistance rosette pasted in pipeline surface, making sure the direction and size of strain, and through the GSM to transfer data remotely, it can realize the real-time monitoring of the pipe stress. The results showed that the system is reliable, easy to install and debug and its low cost, which can apply to the system such as long pipeline stress monitoring in large scale and unattended situation, and natural gas long-distance transmission system.
