微创DHS内固定与PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效对比分析
Comparative Analysis on the Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive DHS and PFNA Internal Fixations in the Treatment of Elderly Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive dynamic hip screw( DHS) internal fixation and proximal femoral nail anti rotation blade( PFNA) internal fixation in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method 106 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into two groups. 53 patients treated with minimally invasive DHS internal fixation were taken as control group and 53 patients treated with PFNA internal fixation were taken as observation group. The operation indications,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time, load time and healing time of fracture in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. The excellent and good rate and postoperative Harris hip scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Both minimally invasive DHS internal fixation and PFNA internal fixation are effective methods in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture,but the therapeutic effect of PFNA internal fixation is better,which can induce less trauma and significantly shorten the recovery time, in PFNA internal fixation can induce less postoperative complications with higher security.关键词
