血清Ig类、BNP和D-二聚体检测与急性心肌梗死（AMI）的相关性研究
Correlation Study of Serum Ig,BNP and D-D in Patients with AMI
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, BNP and levels in patients with AMI. Method Serum IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP and D-D were measured in 60 patients with AMI and compared with 30 normal persons. Results The concentration of IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP and D-D was rised in AMI patients’ serum,it is positive correlation with the severity of the disease. Conclusion Detection of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP and D-D levels might be of prognostic importance in patients with AMI and has important clinical significance.关键词
