社区综合干预对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者自我管理和疗效的影响
Effect of Community Comprehensive Intervention on Patients with Type 2 Diabetesself-management Ability and Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the community comprehensive intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes self-management ability and curative effect. Method 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group,the two group in the same treatment and observation group implements community intervention measures for ten months at the same time. Two groups were observed before and after the intervention for diabetes related knowledge questionnaire and self-management ability,fasting blood glucose ( FBG), meal after 2h blood glucose ( PBG), glycated hemoglobin ( HbAlc). Results Comprehensive intervention after 10 months, the FBG, PBG, HbAlc, diabetes knowledge, self-management ability of the observation group were significantly different with the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Comprehensive community intervention can effectively improve diabetes knowledge and self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes,FBG,PBG,HbAlc in observation group is better than control group,improve therapeutic effect of patients with type 2 diabetes.关键词
