代谢组学法分析宫颈癌患者血清小分子代谢产物的初步研究
Analysis on Metabolites with Low Molecular Weight in the Serum of Cervical Cancer Patients with Metabonomics Method

Abstract
Objective The serum of cervical cancer patients was analyzed. with metabolomics to further explore potential tumor markers. Method Serum samples from cervical cancer patients and normal people were subjected to metabolomics analysis by using gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The data were processed with markerlynx XS software and then analyzed with orthognnal to partial least squares discriminant analysis( OPLS-DA) . The results between the two groups were compared with t-test to identify the difference metabolites in two groups. Results A total of 53 metabolites were found in the serum. Multivariate statistical analysis yielded a significant distinction in the metabolic profiles between cervical cancer patients and control group. Conclusion Metabolomics is useful in choosing cervical cancer. As a novel approach,it has very important significance in the diagnosis of cervical cancer at molecular level.关键词
