D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠模型的实验研究
Experimental Study of Aging Mice Model Induced by D-galactose
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of D-galactose in establishing aging mice model,and to detect the related indexes. Method D-galactose was given to the mice continuously by subcutaneous injection for 42 days to make aging model. During this period,their changes in weight,behavior and senescence indications were measured as well. Results Compared to the control group, the body weight of the aging mice decreased significantly after 4 weeks modeling (P<0. 01). Besides,both exploration path length and escape latency were seriously prolonged in the water maze experiment (P<0. 01),indicating that the ability of learning and memory retarded in the aging mice. Morphological observations showed aging changes in the structures of several organs and tissues. Conclusion D-galactose can successfully establish aging mice model.关键词
