姜黄素对人膀胱癌细胞系T24体外侵袭的作用
Effect of Curcumin on the Invasion of Bladder Cancer Cell Line T24 in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of curcumin on the invasion of bladder cancer cell line T24 in vitro,as well as its probable mechanism. Method T24 cells were treated with different concentrations of curcumin. The effects of the curcumin extract on the proliferation of T24 cells were detected by MTT. Invasive ability was detected by Transwell test, and the expression of MMP-2 and VEGF protein were evaluated by Western blot method. Results The curcumin of different concentrations could significantly inhibit the proliferation and reduce the invasive ability of T24 cells,which was time-dose dependent (P<0. 05). With the intervention of different concentrations of curcumin (20 μmol/L and 50 μmol/L) for 24 h,the expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF protein were decreased ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation and the invasion of T24 cells. The mechanism may be related with the down regulation of the expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF protein.关键词
