结肠镜复位术治疗慢性肠扭转引起不完全性肠梗阻30例临床分析
Clinical Analysis on Thirty Cases of Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction Induced by Chronic Colonic Volvulus by Treated with Colonoscope Reposition

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical experiences in treating chronic incomplete intestinal obstruction by colonoscope reposition. Method The curative effects of colonoscope reposition in 30 cases of chronic colonic torsion caused by incomplete intestinal obstruction were analyzed. Results Thirty patients with recurrent incomplete obstruction were diagnosed to have serious local intestinal distortions caused by colon volvulus using colonoscopy or colonography. Except incomplete intestinal obstruction induced by other factors,the symptoms of abdominal pain,bloating,constipation were relieved,no nausea and vomiting,and independent exhaust defecation were observed in all cases. Conclusion Once the elder and constipation patients show recurrent spasmodic colic,bloating, nausea and vomiting, the possible of chronic colonic volvulus should be considered. In this situation,colonoscope reposition which is able to effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain,bloating and constipation with high success rate and low risk could be operated after diagnosis.关键词
